Chappell Hill Lavender Farm

In the country, between  Austin & Houston . . .

Come Visit  The Farm

An Oasis for the Soul

An aromatic lavender farm with quaint surroundings and a scenic hillside view. The farm is about 8 miles north of the historic town of Chappell Hill, just off of the Texas Independence Trail. Nestled in the heart of bluebonnet country the farm is a delightful day excursion from most anywhere in South Central Texas with many other attractions close by.

Panoramic views frame the landscape with rolling acres to a gazebo and pond- a peaceful setting for picnics or just relaxing with a cool glass of lavender lemonade.

During the cutting season which occurs twice a year, you can casually stroll the fragrant rows and cut your own fresh lavender. There is no admission charge to visit the far

New Fields In Progress

We're excited that we have finally completed the planting for our new fields! We lost most of our plants with the hard freeze in February 2021 and then the rains that followed. During the summer, we re-tilled the rows and added additional nutrients. For this planting, we have also added weed preventive fabric and we are in the process of testing new varieties.  We're looking forward to 2022 and new blooms.

New at the Farm!

Two years ago, we added a 20 X 24 foot deck on the side of our gift shop. Eventually, we plan to cover the deck. We are currently using the deck for our educational seminars and classes. When not being used for events, our visitors are welcome to sit a spell or enjoy a cool glass of lemonade while they visit our friendly goats. Please check our new Event Calendar to stay up to date on what activities are planned for the 2022 spring season!
